Things to know
Drivers must be 16+ with a valid photo ID with birthdate; minors need an in-person parent or guardian cosigner with valid ID. Passengers must be at least 44 inches tall, and there is a 420 lb weight restriction.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no rescheduling or cancelling. No refunds for late check-ins or missing ID; no-shows are charged full price. Trips may be cancelled without refund for alcohol/drug use. Refunds or reschedules only if Mocean Waverunners cancels for inclement weather.
FAQs
Check in 30 minutes before your trip. Bring the physical credit card used for the purchase, and the cardholder must be present with a valid photo ID. If you pay with Apple Pay, you still must present the physical card. If you cannot provide this authorization at check-in, your reservation will be cancelled without a refund.
Drive if you are 16 or older and bring a valid photo ID with your birthdate. If you are a minor, a parent or guardian must come in person to co-sign and show valid ID.
