Things to know
Drivers must be 16+ with valid photo ID; minors must have a parent or guardian cosign in person. Passengers must be at least 44 inches tall; combined weight limit is 420 lbs. Check in 30 minutes before your trip.
Cancellation policy
All sales are final; no rescheduling or canceling. Late check-ins may miss the ride. Alcohol or drug use is prohibited and trips may be canceled without refund. In inclement weather, refunds or reschedules are issued only if the operator cancels. No-shows are charged in full. If tides, mechanical issues, or other factors prevent service, you may be rescheduled or refunded.
