- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in
- Sign the digital waiver before boarding
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Closed-toe shoes are required for shelling; flip-flops, Crocs, and other open-toe shoes are not allowed
- No coolers or dogs are allowed onboard; service animals are welcome
- Return to the island meeting spot 20 minutes before your reservation ends; the boat departs as scheduled
- Bring sunscreen and insect repellent; mosquitoes and no-see-ums are present in the area
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund. Cancel 3 or more days before departure for a 50% refund. No refunds within 3 days of departure, for late arrival, or no-shows. Tours run rain or shine; the captain may delay or cancel for unsafe weather. If canceled due to weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.

Wear closed-toe water shoes or other comfortable closed-toe shoes you do not mind getting wet or muddy. Bring sunscreen, bug spray, towels, and personal items; two bottled waters per person are provided.
