Things to know
The helicopter seat weight limit is 300 lbs per seat, and the R66 has a combined passenger weight limit of 900 lbs. If your group exceeds weight limits and needs multiple helicopters or a larger aircraft, an additional fee applies—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking. Drones require an FAA Part 107 drone license and are subject to pilot discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours after booking and up to 7 days prior to departure incur a $500 fee. Cancel 7 days to 72 hours prior for a 50% refund. No refunds after 72 hours. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
