Things to know
This trek is uphill and not handicap accessible. Minimum age is 16 to walk your own reindeer and 8 to join without an animal (1 without an animal per 1 with an animal). Arrive 10 minutes early; late arrivals may be rescheduled or canceled and tickets are nonrefundable.

No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance. Cancel up to 24 hours before your tour start time. No-shows may be charged the full amount to the credit card you have provided.
