Full refund with at least 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Bring reef-safe sunscreen, swimwear, towels, dry clothes, sun protection, and any personal medications or motion-sickness remedies. Bring cash or a card for lunch, souvenirs, or other optional expenses.
Trip protection is available. It allows you to cancel or reschedule the cruise for any reason up to 30 minutes before departure and reimburses each ticket amount minus the trip protection cost and processing fees.
