- Arrive at your reservation time or up to 5 minutes early; wait in the Saloon area if you arrive earlier
- Complete and sign your own liability release
- Wear a provided helmet unless you sign a protective headgear waiver
- Leave backpacks and oversized purses in your vehicle
- Rides operate rain or shine and may be delayed 60–90 minutes for weather
- Groups of 6 or more have a 20% automatic gratuity, not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours and 5 minutes before your ride for a full refund. Groups of 12 or more and private rides require 30 days' notice; groups of 18 or more on horseback rides require 60 days' notice. No-shows and late cancellations are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to outrageous weather or unforeseen circumstances.

This ride is adult-only unless the operator books it otherwise. Every rider age 18+ must fully complete a liability release (front and back), and one person cannot sign for another.
Yes. If you’re under 6' tall, the limit is 225 lbs. If you’re over 6' tall, the limit is 240 lbs. If you’re over 6'4", the limit is 260 lbs.
Wear sunscreen and long pants that aren’t too tight. Bring a small water bottle (large bottles like a 48 oz won’t fit in the saddle bag). Bring snacks if you feel faint when you go without food for over an hour.
