Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours and 5 minutes before start for a full refund. Groups of 12 or more and private rides require 30 days' notice; groups of 18 or more on horseback rides require 60 days' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to outrageous weather or unforeseen circumstances.
