Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available within 48 hours of purchase; partial refunds apply after you access online study. After 48 hours, the course is nonrefundable. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, canceled flights, seasickness, bad visibility, inability to complete dives, or partial dives.
FAQs
Bring a bathing suit, towel, hat, sunglasses, environmentally friendly sunscreen, food and drinks, and personal snorkeling equipment: a mask, snorkel, and fins. Masks, snorkels, and fins are available to rent or purchase.
Inclement weather may move training to an alternate land-based location, which may be up to 80 miles from the shop. Arrange your own transportation, or reschedule for a future day.
Tips are not expected. If you choose to tip an instructor for excellent service, 18–25% of the course fee is suggested.
