Things to know
A 4-hour minimum rental is required. Private-event rentals cannot visit Alligator River National Wildlife Refuge due to permit constraints. Travel beyond the Kitty Hawk to Manteo radius may incur a gas surcharge; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 24–48 hours of start time are subject to a 50% fee. No refunds within 24 hours unless the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
