The staff here consistently stands out as friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. Multiple reviewers praise the team for being professional and thorough during check-in, explaining boat operations and lake rules clearly. People specifically mention Jon, John, Justin, Michael, and Seth for going above and beyond—whether it's providing wheelchair assistance for guests with mobility issues, offering excellent instruction for water sports, or handling complex mechanical repairs on vintage boats with patience and expertise. Boat rentals get solid marks across the board. The pontoon boats are popular for cruising and sightseeing, while fishing boats are described as easy to maneuver and well-maintained. Guests appreciate that vessels are clean, properly equipped with safety gear, and reliable on the water. The service department also earns high praise for handling both routine maintenance and more complicated repairs, with detailed communication about options and solutions. A couple of guests had minor hiccups—one with a scheduling mix-up that was quickly resolved, another involving a lost purse where communication could have been better. The floating devices mentioned in one review apparently move quite slowly. Overall though, this marina delivers smooth experiences with a team that clearly cares about getting people out on the water safely and happily.
