This off-roading adventure consistently delivers an absolute blast for families and thrill-seekers alike. The guides—Desi, Connor, Alan, Allen, and Cameron—get called out by name again and again for making the experience special. They're knowledgeable about the trails and Big Bear's history, patient with first-timers, and genuinely fun to spend time with. Connor particularly shines with families, walking everyone through technical sections and keeping even the little ones comfortable and entertained. The tours run longer than advertised (often stretching from 1.5 to 3 hours), which guests love because it means more time on the trails and extra stops along the way. You'll get hands-on driving instruction if you're new to off-roading, or they can arrange expert-level trails for experienced drivers. The experience works beautifully as a rainy-day alternative to skiing, and it's honestly impressive enough to be the main event of your Big Bear trip. Just note that dogs aren't allowed, and dress appropriately since trails can get muddy.
Super fun experience. Desi was a great guide! Do not miss this adventure if you are in Big Bear.
