Cancellation Policy
Full price is charged for cancellations, date changes, and no-shows unless advance notice is provided: 24 hours for 1–5 people, 48 hours for 6 or more, and 72 hours for private tours. A minimum of 4 people is required; if canceled for low participation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

No. You do the Big Island Waterfalls Tour and the Morning Snorkel and Dolphin Watch Tour on two different days.
For the land tour, bring a swimsuit, towels, and water shoes if you plan to swim at the private waterfall. Wear comfortable summer clothing; covered walking shoes are recommended. For the snorkel tour, bring a swimsuit and towels.
Ages 5 and older are required. You should be able to walk short to moderate distances on uneven terrain, and you may encounter cool, wet, or muddy conditions. Vehicles cannot accommodate wheelchairs, scooters, or walkers.
