- Waterfalls Adventure Tour requires walking short to moderate distances on uneven terrain; cool, wet, or muddy conditions may occur
- Wheelchairs, scooters, and walkers cannot be accommodated on the Waterfalls Adventure Tour
- Manta Ray Night Snorkel is not permitted for non-swimmers or first-time snorkelers
- Manta Ray Night Snorkel is not permitted during pregnancy or for back, neck, or shoulder issues, or limited mobility
- Arrive for Manta Ray Night Snorkel self-check-in 30 minutes before departure
- Self-transportation is required for the Manta Ray Night Snorkel
Cancellation Policy
Full price is charged unless you cancel at least 24 hours ahead for 1–5 people, 48 hours ahead for 6+ people, or 72 hours ahead for private tours. No-shows and travelers who do not meet requirements are charged in full. If the tour is canceled for low participation, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.

No. The waterfalls tour and the manta ray night snorkel run on two different days. You’ll get a follow-up to confirm your tour date(s), pick-up location, and time.
For the waterfalls day tour, wear comfortable layered clothing since temperatures vary, bring a light jacket, and wear covered walking shoes. For the manta ray night snorkel, bring a swimsuit and towels.
You can’t join if you’re unable to walk short to moderate distances on uneven terrain or if you use a wheelchair, scooter, or walker (vehicles can’t accommodate them). Ages 5+ are required.
