- Drivers must be ages 21+ with at least 2 years of recent boating experience
- Bring a valid driver’s license if you will drive the boat
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need a boater’s license or boating safety course
- A credit card must be on file; its holder and the driver must sign the rental agreement
- Everyone in your party must sign a waiver; a guardian signs for anyone under 18
- Children under age 7 must wear a life vest at all times
- No smoking
- Fuel is not included in the listed price and costs $5.50 per gallon for ethanol-free gas
- Multi-day rentals require a slip or dock
