Full refund with 48 hours' notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Optional trip protection allows you to cancel or reschedule for any reason up to 30 minutes before departure. Reimbursement covers each ticket's full amount, less trip-protection and processing fees.
