Know before you go
- Everyone in your party must sign an assumption-of-risk and liability waiver before boarding
- Arrive on time; crew check-in begins about 10 minutes before departure, and late time cannot be added to a private cruise
- Children of any age are welcome on private cruises
- Children 12 and under must wear a life vest; life jackets are available to borrow
- Follow captain and crew directions and all applicable laws during the cruise
- Inappropriate, offensive, or unsafe behavior may result in a shortened cruise
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations more than 9 days before departure. 50% refund from 9 days to 48 hours before departure. No refund less than 48 hours before departure. If the captain cancels due to unsafe or unfavorable conditions, reschedule or receive a full refund.
