- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; late arrivals receive only the remaining activity time
- Bring a valid government-issued photo ID or passport for each rider
- You must be 18+ to drive and 10+ to ride as a passenger
- Maximum combined weight is 450 lbs, with a 225-lb limit per person; shared riders are weighed at check-in
- A $20 USD dock fee per jet ski is not included in the listed price and is collected in cash at check-in
- Cell phones, cameras, tablets, GoPros, and drones are not allowed during the activity
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, back or neck pain, and serious heart conditions are not permitted
- Alcohol and drug use are not permitted; reckless driving is not tolerated
- You are responsible for jet ski damage; capsizing carries a $500 USD charge
Cancellation Policy
Get a full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before departure. Cancel 24 hours before departure for a 70% refund. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Receive a full refund for weather only if port authorities suspend the activity.
