- Arrive 30 minutes before departure
- Ages 4+ only; ages 4–17 must be accompanied by a paying adult
- Bring official photo ID for each participant; drivers must be 18+ and present valid photo ID
- Bring the credit or debit card used for booking with matching photo ID; the cardholder must attend
- Maximum combined weight is 485 lbs (220 kg) per speedboat
- Pregnancy, recent surgery, cardiac conditions, and being under the influence are not permitted
- Asthma, severe back or neck pain, and claustrophobia are not recommended
- A $20 USD per-person dock fee and a $20 USD per-person marine park fee are not included and are due in cash on the day
- Shared speedboats require 2 people; if no second participant is available, an additional $35 USD applies at check-in
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 48 hours before departure. Cancellations 24 hours before are 70% refundable. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable. Full refund for weather cancellations only when port authorities suspend the activity.
