Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 3 days before your trip for a full refund. Groups of 15 or more must cancel at least 5 days before for a full refund. No refunds for later cancellations or no-shows. If the operator cancels due to dangerous weather, high water, or other circumstances, a raincheck or refund will be issued.

Travelers under 18 need a parent or guardian age 18 or older to sign their liability waiver and accompany them down the river.
Do not bring glass bottles or Styrofoam containers on your canoe or kayak trip.
Return all rental equipment by 7:00 p.m. or by an earlier closing time designated by staff. Late fees apply after the designated closing time.
