- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time
- Ages 8+ only
- Weight limit 250 lbs; riders may be weighed on arrival
- Wear boots or tennis shoes; flip-flops, Crocs, and loose shoes are not allowed
- Riders under 12 without prior steering and stopping experience are ponied by a trail guide
- A $25 ponying fee applies for riders who need ponying
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your ride. Rides cannot be canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours. Rides booked within 48 hours are nonrefundable. Late arrivals and no-shows forfeit the ride.
