Aircraft seat weight limit is 300 lbs per person; guests over 300 lbs cannot fly and no refund will be given. If your party exceeds aircraft total passenger weight limits, an additional fee of $250 applies. Dog mushing does not take place on the glacier, and the dog mushing portion may not be private due to other guests at The Dogstead.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 7 days notice. Within 72 hours of your designated tour time, 50% refund. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows without calling.

Yes. The seat weight limit is 300 lbs per person (this is an absolute limit). Guests over 300 lbs cannot fly and no refund will be given. The helicopter also has total combined passenger weight limits (R44: 650 lbs; R66: 900 lbs). You’ll be weighed at check-in as part of the safety protocol, and seating may be assigned for weight and balance.

No. Your flight and glacier landing are private for only your booking party, but the dog mushing portion at The Dogstead cannot be guaranteed private due to other previously booked guests.
