- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; the boat leaves at the scheduled time
- Complete the required digital waiver before boarding
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Wear closed-toe water shoes for shelling; flip-flops and Crocs are not allowed
- Leave coolers and dogs behind; service animals are welcome
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted in moderation for ages 21+
- Expect limited parking; most spaces cost $10, though rates may vary
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel within 7 days of booking. Receive a 50% refund when you cancel at least 3 days before departure. No refunds within 3 days of departure, for late arrival, or no-shows. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.
