- Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in; the boat departs promptly
- Travelers under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Bring sunscreen, towels, a swimsuit, and comfortable shoes
- Wear water shoes for shelling; open-toed shoes are not allowed for shelling
- Leave coolers and dogs behind; service animals are welcome
- Expect tours to operate rain or shine; the captain may delay or cancel for unsafe weather or sea conditions
- Alcoholic beverages are permitted in moderation for travelers ages 21+

Cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund. Cancel 3+ days before departure for a 50% refund. No refund within 3 days, for late arrival, or no-show. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.
