- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; the boat leaves promptly
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Bring sunscreen, towels, a swimsuit, a mask and snorkel, and water shoes for shelling
- Water shoes are required for shelling; open-toed shoes are not allowed
- Leave coolers and dogs behind; service animals are welcome
- Expect tours to operate in rain or shine; the captain may delay or cancel for unsafe weather or sea conditions

Cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund. Cancel 3+ days before departure for a 50% refund. No refunds within 3 days of departure, for late arrivals, or no-shows. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.
