Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and a safety briefing. If you arrive late, you may not be able to fly and you may not receive a refund.
Wear layered clothing and closed-toe, sturdy shoes with a flat sole (preferably waterproof sneakers or hiking shoes with good tread). A waterproof/windproof outer layer is recommended, along with a warm base layer. Bring a hat, gloves, and sunglasses.
Bring an empty water bottle you can fill with glacier water and a camera or photo device. Extra clothing and excess baggage aren’t recommended due to helicopter weight limits.
