Important details

• Side-by-side drivers must be at least 30 with a valid driver's license. Bring your physical license to show at rental pickup. Two- and four-seat rentals are for intermediate and advanced riders.
• For single-seat quad rentals, at least one person in your group must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license. Riders under 18 require an accompanying adult on a separate machine. Suspended or revoked licenses are not accepted.
• Single-seat riders must meet Oregon's fit requirements: the first joint of the middle finger must extend beyond the brake and clutch levers; knees must bend at least 45 degrees with feet on the pegs; arms must remain bent while sitting upright and holding the handlebars; and riders must turn the handlebars fully in both directions while maintaining grip, throttle, and brake control.
• Side-by-side passengers require a properly fitted helmet and must fit the seatbelt with their back against the seat and feet on the floor. Eligibility depends on actual fit, not age alone.
• Riding requires sufficient physical and mental fitness to operate or ride safely, understand the rules, and sign your own contract. Pregnancy, impaired use or absence of body parts, and injuries, casts, braces, or medical boots that impair riding or driving prevent participation. Service may be refused for safety concerns.
• No animals are allowed in or on rental machines.
• A damage deposit is separate from the listed price. Side-by-side rentals require a $3,000 credit or debit card hold per machine for one business day. Single-seat quads typically have no funds held, but a card copy is required and a hold of up to $500 per machine may apply. You are responsible for damage you cause.
• Bring a credit or debit card for the damage deposit; the cardholder must be present. Cash, gift cards, and prepaid cards are not accepted for deposits. If each rider is responsible for their own machine, each needs their own card.
• Do not consume alcohol on the day of your rental or use recreational drugs.
• Staff lead you to the dunes entrance only. Navigate back to the office on your own before your rental period ends.
• Arrive 45 minutes early for paperwork and preparation, or 60 minutes early for groups of eight or more. Your rental starts at the reserved time even if preparation is incomplete; arriving late reduces or may eliminate your riding time.
