Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 10 days before start for a full refund. Cancellation 24 hours to 10 days before start incurs a 50% charge; within 24 hours, 100%. Severe weather allows penalty-free postponement with a same-yacht voucher; rain or clouds do not qualify. If no functioning product or service is available, you'll receive a full refund. Mid-rental breakdowns receive a partial refund based on time and cause.
