Cancel more than 10 days before start for a full refund; 24 hours to 10 days: 50% charge; within 24 hours: 100% charge. Severe weather allows penalty-free postponement with a voucher for the same yacht; rain or clouds don't qualify. Mechanical failure: full refund if no functioning product or service is provided; partial refund for a breakdown during rental, based on its timing and cause.
