Know before you go
- Ages 6+ only; each group must include at least one participant under 18
- Arrive for check-in when the kitchen opens 10 minutes before your event; the experience starts promptly
- Expect nut-free menus; dietary-restriction recipes may avoid listed allergens, but shared tools are used in a facility that isn't allergy-free
- Outside food isn't permitted
- An additional 30-minute charge applies if your group stays more than 10 minutes past the event end time
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final and non-refundable. Deposits apply only to the booked date and time and are not transferable. Changes, cancellations, and no-shows within 5 days of the event aren't accommodated; the booking client remains responsible for the full deposit and balance.

Menu selections, guest count, add-ons, and favors can be changed until 5 days before your event. After that, your headcount is guaranteed and cannot be reduced.
