Ages 6 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Guests ages 0–3 must wear a swim diaper and have parent (18+) supervision and participation. A life vest is required (provided); personal life vests must be Coast Guard Certified.
Cancel 48+ hours before for a refund minus a $5 administrative fee per transaction; within 48 hours or no-shows forfeit 100%. Operator may cancel if conditions are unsafe; if canceled, they will reschedule or provide a refund for the activity that was cancelled.
