Important details

• Requires knowing how to ride a bike and having ridden within the last 24 months
• Children under 12 or under 5 feet tall are recommended to use the kids eBike, which carries a parent and up to two children with a 440-pound total weight limit
• Free delivery and pickup are available only within 3 miles of Las Olas Boulevard; non-delivery meetups are at Colee Hammock Park
• Non-delivery meetups require confirmation at least four hours before the rental
• A $200 per eBike damage deposit is held on your credit card on rental day and released after inspection if no damage occurs
• Damage beyond the deposit may be charged to your card
• Four- and six-day rentals require rider height information
