Things to know
Children 4 and younger are not permitted in the mine (they may join above-ground activities with a parent or guardian). Children ages 1–10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Infants 11 months and younger must ride on a lap or in a body carrier; strollers and car seats are not allowed on the train.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or transfer at least 48 hours before departure for a refund. Within 48 hours, no refunds unless you purchased Trip Protection. With Trip Protection, refunds are allowed up to 1 hour prior to departure. No refunds for changes within 1 hour of departure or for no-shows.
