Reservations are recommended but walk-ins are accommodated when space allows

Yes, but please limit videos to 30 seconds

Single-seat strollers with larger wheels work best due to mine cart rails
Can I bring my dog?
Well-behaved dogs are welcome around other dogs and people
All guests must sign a digital waiver before arrival. Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
Full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the tour start. No refunds for no-shows. Operator may cancel due to weather or other circumstances and will offer a full refund, credit, or rebooking. Refunds may be denied for late cancellations or disruptive behavior.

Absolutely amazing experience. We did the complete tour (both mine tours plus gold panning) and had a blast the entire time. There was so much to learn and the staff was extremely friendly and loved talking to us. Make sure you ask questions on the tours - the tour guides love answering questions and it will really add to the experience. Also - BRING YOUR DOG. The Phoenix gold mine is completely dog friendly and our little guy enjoyed the experience. We hope to come back in a year or two when they have their third mine open for touring (Jimmy’s mine).
