Take a private helicopter flight to glacial ice, then gear up and paddleboard in blue glacier pools with a guide. No experience is necessary, and you’ll have time to walk around and explore ice features on the glacier.
Ages 10+ and under 230 lbs required due to available gear. The helicopter seat weight limit is 300 lbs; if any passenger weighs 250 lbs or more, an additional fee of $250 applies. If your group exceeds the aircraft’s combined passenger weight limit and needs multiple helicopters or a larger aircraft, there is an additional fee of $250.
Full refund with 7 days notice. Within 72 hours of the designated tour time, 50% of booking fees are refunded. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows.
Dress in layers and wear closed-toe, sturdy shoes with a flat sole (preferably waterproof sneakers or hiking shoes with good tread). Bring an outer waterproof/windproof layer plus warm base layers; a hat, gloves, warm socks, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a waterproof phone case are also recommended.
Bring an empty water bottle and any extra snacks or lunch (lunch is not included unless you purchase an excursion lunch pack during booking). Avoid extra clothing and excess baggage due to helicopter weight limits.
No paddleboarding experience is required. You do not need to know how to swim, but you must feel comfortable in the water.
