Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours of purchase may receive a full or partial refund; partial refunds apply after accessing online study. After 48 hours, courses are nonrefundable. No refunds for late arrivals, no-shows, cancelled flights, seasickness, poor visibility, inability to complete dives, or partial dives.
FAQs
Wetsuits, buoyancy control devices, regulators, and dive watches or computers are available to rent. Delayed signal marker buoys, silicone mouthpieces, and gear bags are available to purchase.
The course may move to an alternate land-based location to complete your training. Alternate locations may be up to 80 miles from the shop, and transportation is not provided. You may also reschedule for a future day.
Use free parking at the shop. Paid parking is available at dive and training locations.
