Q: When will the Chef arrive?
Your chef will arrive approximately 3 hours before your scheduled meal time to prepare. This allows enough time for setup, cooking, and ensuring every dish is served fresh and perfectly timed.
Q: Is gratuity included in the price?
No, gratuity is not included in the total cost of the experience. If you enjoyed your meal and service, tipping your chef is always appreciated.
Cancellations made at least 72 hours before the booked date are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable.
Chef Keith is a classically trained culinary expert with roots in Louisville, KY, and formal training under a European chef in Bonn, Germany. He has owned and developed two restaurants and now serves as Executive Chef at The Blake at Miramar Beach. Keith brings his passion for global flavors and local ingredients to weddings, private dinners, and special events. He’s been nominated five consecutive years as Best Chef on the Emerald Coast by Emerald Coast Magazine.
