Cancellation Policy
No refunds. With 1 week notice for private group reservations, you can reuse tickets or get an e gift card exchange. Some tours may allow reuse with up to 48 hours notice if there is leftover room. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged full price. No changes in October and major holidays.
