This is a sober event. You may be filmed for documentation; tell staff if this is a concern.
No refunds. With 1 week notice on private group reservations, tickets may be reused or exchanged for an e-gift card. Some public tours may allow reuse with 48 hours’ notice if space remains; not during holiday weeks. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full. No changes in October and major holidays. Tours run rain or shine.

The museum covers genuine New Orleans history, including the chilling Addie and Zack murder site with original fixtures still intact. Visitors praise the eerie atmosphere and interesting memorabilia throughout. Private sessions with Mary for readings and ghost hunts draw mixed feedback. Some guests describe transformative, personalized experiences where Mary provided uncanny insights and spot-on guidance. Others found the séances generic and underwhelming, cautioning that the psychic readings lean toward general statements rather than specific details. The ghost hunting equipment is available for those interested in paranormal investigation. There's one persistent concern worth noting: several visitors report finding the shop unexpectedly closed during posted business hours despite "back in 5 minutes" signs, so you might want to have backup plans nearby if you're making a special trip.

Felt like getting the inside story of the city rather than a typical tour. Highly recommend her specifically if you want something memorable. Check out her haunted attic. She has a side you can shop in with dolls and other items. Will be back!
