Things to know
Children under 12 must ride in a tandem kayak with an adult. Gratuity for your guide and/or captain is not included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 48 hours before your tour. After that, you will be charged the full amount. Weather cancellations are at the sole discretion of Outside; if they cancel due to weather, there will be no charge or they will issue a credit for payments made.
FAQs
Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Parking gets very limited closer to departure due to Harbourfest, and you may need to park farther away and walk. The operator also strongly recommends arriving by 5 PM for check-in.
Wear clothing that feels comfortable for paddling. Swimsuits are permitted but not required. Wear footwear that stays on your feet in the water; sport sandals or water shoes work well, and old sneakers are fine.
Yes. Children under 12 must be in a tandem (double) kayak with an adult.
