If you do not arrive or you are more than 15 minutes late, it counts as a no-show and is non-refundable and non-transferable.
The tour operates rain or shine. It may be canceled if dangerous weather makes it unsafe (for example lightning, severe storms, flooding, ice, or hazardous winds). If the tour is canceled due to weather, you can choose full credit toward a future tour or free rescheduling; refunds are only offered if Trip Protection was purchased.
Yes. If you purchase the optional Trip Protection at checkout, you can cancel for any reason up to 2 hours before the tour and receive a full credit toward any future tour within 12 months.
