- Arrive 30 minutes before departure and complete the liability waiver before arrival
- Wear sturdy, closed-toe, flat-soled footwear while walking outdoors; bring dress shoes for photos if desired
- Maximum seat weight is 300 lbs per person, including clothes and personal gear
- Maximum combined weight is 900 lbs for four passengers and gear
- Expect an actual weigh-in at check-in; seating may be assigned for helicopter weight and balance
- An additional fee applies if your party requires multiple helicopters or a larger aircraft due to weight
- FAA Part 107 certification is required to operate a drone during the elopement
- Leave bear spray, aerosols, weapons, lithium batteries, lighters, vapes, glitter, sparklers, confetti, and fireworks behind
- Expect landing locations to vary with weather and safety conditions; winter landings may not be directly on glacier ice
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours after booking and more than 7 days before departure incur a $500 cancellation fee. Cancel 7 days to 72 hours before departure for a 50% refund. No refund within 72 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
