- Wear sturdy, closed-toe, flat-soled shoes while trekking outdoors
- Individual seat weight limit is 300 lbs, including clothing and personal gear
- Combined passenger and gear weight limit for the R66 is 900 lbs
- Expect an additional fee if party weight requires multiple helicopters or a larger aircraft
- Use a drone only with a Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 drone license; use depends on air traffic and pilot discretion

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 24 hours after booking and at least 7 days before departure incur a $500 cancellation fee. Cancel between 7 days and 72 hours before departure for a 50% refund. No refund within 72 hours. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
