Seat weight limit is 300 lbs; guests over 300 lbs will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be given. Any passenger who weighs in at or over 250 lbs will be charged an additional $250. If your party exceeds aircraft total weight limits and needs multiple helicopters or a larger aircraft, an additional $250 fee applies.
Full refund with 7 days notice. Within 72 hours of tour time, 50% of booking fees refunded. Full refund or credit if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows.

Wear layers and plan for changing conditions. Bring an outer waterproof/windproof layer, a warm base layer, a hat, gloves, extra warm socks, sunglasses, and sturdy closed-toe shoes with a flat sole (preferably waterproof with good tread).
Bring a small personal backpack, an empty water bottle, sunscreen, and a camera or device (a neck strap is suggested). Bring a sack lunch unless you purchase an excursion lunch pack during booking. If you plan to do the glacier plunge, bring a change of clothes.
