Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early at Kingfish Boat Ramp, 752 Manatee Ave, Holmes Beach.
- Drivers must be age 21 or older with at least two years of recent boating experience and a driver’s license.
- Drivers born on or after January 1, 1988 need a boater’s license or boating safety course; a temporary renter license test costs $9 and is valid for 90 days.
- Everyone in your party must sign a waiver; guardians sign for guests under 18.
- The renter with a credit card on file and the driver must sign the boat rental agreement.
- Fuel is charged separately at $5.50 per gallon for ethanol-free gas.
- Children under 7 must wear a life vest at all times, and smoking is not permitted.
- Multi-day rentals require a slip or dock.
- Required damage protection covers damage, equipment loss, and third-party property damage up to $1,000.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable except for inclement weather as determined by Sunshine Living Boat Rental LLC.

Bring a photo ID and driver’s license for the boat driver. Pack sunscreen, a bathing suit, towels, water or other drinks, snacks, a waterproof case, and any fishing gear and fishing license you plan to use.
