- Drivers must be at least 21 with two years of boating experience
- Drivers need a valid driver’s license; those born on or after January 1, 1988 also need a boater safety course or license
- Everyone in your party must sign a waiver and release; a guardian signs for minors under 18
- Children under 7 must wear a life vest at all times
- Smoking is not permitted
- Fuel is charged to the renter at $5.50 per gallon for ethanol-free gas
- Multi-day rentals require a slip or dock
- Damage protection acknowledgement is required and covers damage, equipment loss, and third-party property damage up to $1,000

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled rental for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours are nonrefundable except for inclement weather as determined by Sunshine Living Boat Rental LLC.
