Aircraft seat weight limit is 300 lbs; over 300 lbs will not be permitted to fly and no refund will be given. Guests weighing in at or over 250 lbs are charged an additional $250. If your party exceeds total helicopter weight limits and requires multiple helicopters or a larger aircraft, an additional $250 fee applies.
Full refund with 7 days notice. Within 72 hours of the designated tour time, 50% refunded. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows.
Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time for the safety briefing, gear sizing, and check-in.
Dress in layers and plan for changing conditions. Wear an outer waterproof/windproof layer with a warm base layer, plus a hat, gloves, and sunglasses. Wear closed-toed, sturdy shoes with a flat sole (preferably waterproof sneakers or hiking shoes with good tread).
Use provided mountaineering boots, a harness, a helmet, crampons, ice axes, and ropes.
