Aircraft seat weight limit is 300 lbs; guests over 300 lbs cannot fly and no refund will be given. Guests at or over 250 lbs are charged an additional fee of $250. If your party exceeds the aircraft’s total combined passenger weight limit, an additional fee of $250 applies.
Full refund with 7 days notice. Within 72 hours of tour time, 50% refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No refund for no-shows.
Arrive 30 minutes before your departure time for a safety briefing, gear sizing, and check-in.
Wear layers and dress for changing conditions. An outer waterproof/windproof layer is recommended, along with a warm base layer. Bring a hat, gloves, warm socks, and sunglasses. Wear closed-toe, sturdy shoes with a flat sole (preferably waterproof sneakers or hiking shoes with good tread).
