Refunds may be available within 48 hours of purchase; courses and experiences are nonrefundable after 48 hours. No refunds apply for late arrivals, no-shows, or inability to complete the class.

Free parking is available at Squalo Divers. Transportation is not provided, so arrange your own travel to and from the shop.
Gratuity is not included in the listed price and is never expected. If you choose to tip, the suggested amount is 18–25% of your course fee, given directly to your instructor.
