- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival; a parent or legal guardian must complete waivers for participants under 18
- Drivers must be ages 14+ and carry a valid government-issued photo ID while operating
- Passengers must be ages 5+; minors cannot drive another minor
- Operators born on or after January 1, 1987 require a valid Boater Safety Certificate and must carry it while operating
- Boater safety certification is not included in the listed price: the online temporary course costs $13.95, or the in-shop test costs $3 and requires arrival at least one hour early
- A credit or debit card is required for a security deposit; operators are financially responsible for damage caused by negligent or unsafe operation
- Maximum combined weight is 400 lbs per Waverunner and may be reduced for weather or water conditions
- Reckless driving, racing, wake jumping, alcohol or drug use, and dangerous maneuvers are prohibited
- Expect delays, modifications, or cancellation in unsafe weather or water conditions

Bring a photo ID, a credit or debit card for the security deposit, a swimsuit, towel, sunglasses with a strap, waterproof phone case, hat, and reef-safe sunscreen. Leave unnecessary valuables in your vehicle or hotel room.
Use any open space on the property or the large blacktop lot on the right as you enter. Do not park under the hotel; covered parking is reserved for registered resort guests.
Use only the designated watersports areas before and after your activity. Resort amenities and pool areas are for registered hotel guests with a valid guest wristband; Gus's Grille is the public area.
