- Weight limit per kayak: 400 lbs.
- Beach attendant gratuity is not included; 18% is suggested for excellent service.
- Watersports equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Check in with the watersports representative at the beach hut to your left when facing the water, not in the resort lobby.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your excursion for a refund minus $5 per person and nonrefundable booking fees. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows incur a 100% penalty; for parties of 6+, this applies within 9 days. Runs rain or shine. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
