Important details

• Arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled flight for check-in and a pre-flight briefing
• Pilots must be at least 12 years old; accompanying guests of all ages are welcome
• Bring government-issued photo ID if you are 18 or older; travelers under 18 need a parent or guardian with valid ID
• Wear relaxed, comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes suitable for operating aircraft controls
• Weight limit: 275 lbs per seat; group limit is 600 lbs for flights up to 30 minutes and 525 lbs for flights up to 60 minutes
• Keep all phones, cameras, body parts, and safety equipment inside the aircraft at all times
• Expect flight plans to change or be cancelled due to weather, air traffic control, operational needs, or pilot discretion
